Order tracking and Account settings are accessible from every page of the website! Select from the menu bar at the top of the page.
Need to view an order or invoice, or follow your items in transit? From the "My Account" page, select Order History to view purchases and reorder, or select Invoice and Tracking to view invoices and track packages. Tracking is also accessible via the upper menu bar.
The "My Account" page also allows you to modify your addresses and billing information, as well as view Favorites.
On the Order History page, select the your sales order number to view a purchase order or reorder items.
Your live order status is displayed to the right of the screen. Statuses include "Processing" (order is pending shipping), "Shipped in Partial" (some items did not ship; see Invoice for details), and "Shipped in Full."
The Invoice and Tracking link allows you to access your invoices and tracking numbers.
Invoice and Tracking
On the Invoice and Tracking page, select an invoice number to view your invoice. Invoices are printable by right clicking on the invoice and selecting "Print."
Tracking numbers display to the right of the screen. Click on a tracking number to view the process of your shipment. Most parcels ship via UPS.
UPS does not show tracking information until packages have been picked up and scanned. Please check back later. Concerned about your order? Please contact us!
To print a copy of your invoice, go to Invoice and Tracking. Click on the desired invoice number to view the full invoice. Right click and select print. Most computers will show an option to print or save to PDF.
Most orders ship the same day when received prior to 4:00pm MST. Please allow extra processing time for custom cuts of fiber optic cable.
